M Ezman Zainudin has a strong background in software architecture and engineering. M Ezman started their career as a Software Engineer at Maxis Berhad in 1997. M Ezman then joined IBM in 2005, where they worked as a Software Architect for 10 years. In 2016, they joined Millennium Radius Sdn Bhd as a Software Architect until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Digital Channel Transformation at RHB Banking Group.

M Ezman Zainudin completed their bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical (Communications) from The University of Edinburgh from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Malay College Kuala Kangsar from 1986 to 1990.
