Agnes Wong serves as Vice President of the Regional IT Project Office at RHB Banking Group since March 2013, where responsibilities include managing IT projects. Previously, Agnes held the position of Vice President for Business Process Re-engineering, focusing on business improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology. Prior experience at CSC spanned from October 2003 to September 2012, encompassing roles such as Regional Manager of Operational Excellence and Business Analytics & Performance, emphasizing operational excellence through performance measurement and continuous improvement. Earlier, Agnes managed quality management systems to achieve ISO accreditations and played a key role in marketing and business development at Computer Systems Advisers Bhd, where contributions included establishing a new services marketing department and expanding a data center business. Agnes Wong holds an MBA from Charles Sturt University.
