Neky Gandhi is a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in defining and implementing test automation frameworks across various companies. Currently at Rhapsody, Neky has successfully reduced manual testing efforts through the development of automated regression test suites and has enhanced team output and test coverage. Previous roles include positions at NextGate and VitalSource Technologies, where leadership and management of QA teams resulted in significant reductions in test execution time and improved processes. Earlier experience includes performance testing and automation initiatives at DentaQuest, meQuilibrium, and Fresenius Medical Care, where Neky demonstrated the ability to transform manual processes into efficient automated solutions. Neky holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University.
