Joshua Pierce has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joshua is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Richard Heath and Associates, Inc. (RHA), where they have been since July 2020. Prior to this, they founded Elemental Management/Pierce Consulting in 2003 and held the position of President, where they focused on creating award-winning communities, developing energy and green building programs, and consulting with municipal agencies and builders to integrate sustainable practices.

Joshua Pierce also co-founded ZOLA Electric in 2011, serving as the Chief Product Officer and later as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer. During their tenure, ZOLA Electric served over 1 million people in 5 countries, installed over 200,000 systems, and raised over $150 million.

Furthermore, Pierce worked at Richard Heath and Associates Inc. (RHA Inc.) as the Director of Technical Services from 2009 to 2011. In this role, they initiated and expanded the technical services division, providing project design, program management, and energy efficiency services.

In 2008, they became a certified Building Analyst Professional through the Building Performance Institute, Inc. In 2001, they obtained a General Building Contractor (Class B) certification from the California State Licensing Board. Furthermore, in 2007, they became a Certified Green Point Rater through Build It Green.
