Paul Hesp is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in technical project management across various industries, including Marine & Offshore, Infra, and Industry. Currently serving as a Projectmanager at RH Marine since January 2022 and simultaneously as a GTD Trainer at Getting Projects Done, Paul has been applying the GTD methodology for over a decade and authored the book "Getting Projects Done." Previously, Paul held significant positions at Croonwolter&dros, including Projectleider Techniek, where responsibilities encompassed project management, configuration management, and interface management. Paul was also a committee member for ISO standards at NEN, focusing on project management practices. Early career milestones included roles at ABB, where Paul managed projects involving intelligent low voltage switchgear and automation design. Paul holds multiple degrees, including B.Eng in Maritime Engineering and Electrical Engineering, and various professional certifications in project management and Lean Six Sigma.
