David Vondrachek is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in leading production and logistics within various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager for RGL Logistics since March 2023, Vondrachek previously held significant roles including Performance Leader and Shift Supervisor at Georgia-Pacific LLC, and Supervisor of Production at Tufco. Possessing a strong background in managing large teams and multiple departments, Vondrachek has demonstrated expertise in implementing lean manufacturing principles, enhancing productivity, and improving safety standards. Earlier positions include Operations Manager at Séura and Value Stream Manager at Creative Converting, where Vondrachek oversaw significant initiatives to streamline operations and meet customer demand.
