Connie Bormans, Ph.D. is the Chief Scientific Officer at RGEN Inc. Previously, she held positions as Chief Laboratory Officer at Gene By Gene and Director of Laboratory Operations at Family Tree DNA. With a Ph.D. in Genetics from Texas A&M University and a BS in Biochemistry from Lafayette College, she has a strong background in the field of genetics. Prior to her industry roles, she gained experience as a Research Fellow at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Texas A&M University.
