Sharon Chong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Palm Group Communications Head and Vice President of Group Sustainability and External Affairs at RGE since July 2021, Sharon has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Sustainability at Sateri from November 2017 to June 2021, and Senior Manager of Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility at Wilmar International from October 2007 to October 2017. Earlier in their career, Sharon worked as Corporate Communications Manager at RGE and as Corporate Communications Executive at Asia Pacific Resources International Holdings Limited. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from RMIT University and completed an Executive Programme for Sustainability with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development in March 2023.
