Nicole Wei has extensive experience in environmental product portfolio management at RGE since March 2022, following a notable tenure at China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Limited from July 2010 to February 2022, where responsibilities included structuring offers for airlines' fuel procurement tenders, establishing a Carbon Trading desk, and overseeing global marketing efforts in multiple regions. Nicole holds an MBA from Singapore Management University and an MA from the University of Bath, complemented by an Executive Education program in Climate Innovation from Imperial College Business School in 2022.
