Eugene Ng serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at RGE since September 2023. Previously, Eugene held the position of Senior Director & Chief Counsel for SEA at Mondelēz International from June 2014 to December 2022, managing legal support and compliance for manufacturing, distribution, and sales across the Southeast Asia region. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Legal Director for North Asia and East Asia at RB, Corporate Counsel for Asia Pacific at Avid Technology, and Commercial Counsel for Asia at Motorola. Eugene began the legal career as Legal Counsel at IDA Singapore, then at Pacific Internet, and initially as an Associate at Harry Elias Partnership, focusing on corporate litigation. Eugene holds an LLB (Hons) from King's College London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Singapore Law from the National University of Singapore.
