William Lucas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational resilience, risk assessment, and information technology audit. Currently serving as Vice President at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since June 2005, William has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Risk Assessment and Reporting, Deputy Chief Security Officer, and Executive Director of Information Technology Audit. Prior to this, William was the Global Security & Privacy Officer at RGAX from March 2021 to May 2022, and held positions at AT&T and PwC, where expertise in IT audit was developed. Additionally, William served as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army from September 1992 to August 1994. William earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University, completing the degree in 1998.
