Dylan Boyd serves as Managing Director of the REI Navigate Studio at R/GA Ventures, focusing on supporting emerging entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds within the outdoor industry through funding, mentorship, and access to essential services. Simultaneously, Dylan holds the title of Director of New Programs Development, leading various initiatives including R/GA's Accelerator programs and innovation studios. Additionally, Dylan is Managing Director of the Oregon Enterprise Blockchain Venture Studio and the LA Dodgers Sports Entertainment Technology Accelerator, fostering startup development at the intersection of technology and sports. In collaboration with Mars Petcare and Michelson Found Animals Foundation, Dylan also directs the Leap Venture Studio & Academy aimed at enhancing the pet ecosystem.
