Jessica Holthaus is a seasoned professional in customer care and sales, currently serving as the Customer Care Manager at Reznor since June 2023. With extensive experience at Nortek Global HVAC from 2009 to the present, Jessica has held various roles including Customer Care Supervisor, Commercial Sales, Systems and Pricing Analyst, Demand Base Representative, and Human Resources Assistant. Prior to that, Jessica worked as a Personal Trainer at Hammer Bodies Custom Fitness from 2008 to October 2014. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science Wellness from Murray State University between 2003 and 2007.
