Greg Banicki is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Director at Reyes Beverage Group since October 2020, having previously held the role of Human Resources Manager in the same organization. Prior to Reyes Beverage Group, Greg held the position of Sr. People Partner at Arity from May 2019 to October 2020 and worked at Emerson Automation Solutions as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist from September 2013 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, Greg served as an HR Associate at Enova International and as an HR Assistant at Ipsos (formerly Synovate). Greg holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed a Professional in Human Resources Certificate Program at DePaul University, where Greg also earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus in Human Resources.
