Brian Cardwell is the Director of Engineering at REYCO Systems, where Brian leads a team of engineers and designers to align customer requests with solution options. Brian later expanded their role to oversee all outside service activities, including project planning, project management, equipment installation services, and maintenance. Prior to REYCO Systems, Brian was a Mechanical Engineer at JJ Consulting, where Brian managed capital projects for potato processing. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boise State University, with a minor in Business Administration and Management.
