Dave Hayes is an accomplished executive sales leader with extensive experience in Industrial Automation and Electrical products and services. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Rexel USA since January 2023, Dave leads sales initiatives for End User and OEM clients in New England and Upstate NY. Previously, Dave held the role of Executive Vice President at Horizon Solutions for nine years, contributing to strategic leadership within the organization. Prior to that, Dave managed sales and operations as Eastern Regional Manager at Minarik and served as Vice President at Rumsey Electric Co., overseeing substantial distribution operations. Early career roles included significant positions at Rockwell Automation and GE. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce & Engineering Sciences from Drexel University and completed the Tuck Executive Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
