Trevor Coltham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, transformational coaching, and emotional intelligence. Currently serving as a National Learning & Development Consultant at Rexel Australia since October 2023, Trevor has also held significant roles at AgileMinds and SG Partners since June 2010 and November 2015, respectively, focusing on enabling individual and business growth. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Trainer and Coach at Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety, where responsibility involved developing sales training programs for a large external sales team, as well as various presales and product management positions in earlier roles. Trevor holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems from the University of South Africa and has completed a Diploma in Life Coaching, further enhancing skills in coaching and emotional intelligence.
