Davis Nelson is an experienced IT professional with a robust history in technical support and management. Currently serving as an EUS Technician at UNC REX Healthcare since October 2018, responsibilities include break/fix solutions, virus removal, custom builds, sales, and security tasks. Previously, as a Senior Tier 2 Support Technician at AVG Technologies from August 2011 to October 2014, Davis handled escalated technical issues and trained new technicians, while also acting as a liaison to senior developers in Prague.
