Zach Christopoulos is an accomplished leader in customer care and contact center management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at Goldco since September 2022. In this role, Zach has successfully established a newly created team, implemented significant process improvements, and dramatically reduced call abandon rates while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Previously, Zach held director and managerial positions at several credit unions, including United Heritage Credit Union and 4Front Credit Union, where strategic restructuring and remote work adaptations during the COVID-19 pandemic were implemented to enhance member experience and operational efficiency. Zach holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Walsh College and an Associate of Arts from Schoolcraft College.
