Norberto Gomes is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and graphic design. Currently serving as the Product Design Team Lead at Reward Gateway since February 2013, Norberto has contributed to delivering Employee Engagement Technology to over 3.5 million employees worldwide. Prior positions include Web Designer at Dazines Web Design and Web Development, Web/Graphic Designer as a freelancer, and Web/Graphic Designer at WeLink. Norberto's career began as a Graphic Designer at ISAVE, where responsibilities included creating communication materials for the university. Educational qualifications include a degree in Graphic Design from Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave, supplemented by earlier studies at Escola Secundária Alcaides de Faria and Externato Infante D.
