Laura Peñuela has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Laura is currently working at Reward Gateway as the Head of Growth Marketing, APAC. In this role, they are responsible for managing various aspects of marketing, including digital, field marketing, performance marketing, content, events, communications, and brand.

Prior to their current position, Laura worked at Certis as the National Marketing, Brand & Communications Manager. Here, they led the marketing team and was responsible for designing and executing the go-to-market plan, managing all aspects of marketing and communications across various channels.

Before Certis, Laura held positions at Vodafone, where they served as the Senior Marketing Manager for Retail & Partner and as the B2B Marketing Manager. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams, planned and executed marketing strategies, and worked closely with agencies and internal teams to promote Vodafone's products and improve customer experience.

Laura also gained experience at Brother International Corporation as the Marketing & Communications Manager. Here, they developed and executed integrated marketing campaigns and managed various aspects of marketing and communications.

Laura'searlier work experience includes roles at Grupo Bimbo and Global Business Group, where they gained experience in marketing planning, market research, sales, and digital marketing strategy.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated strong leadership skills, delivering impressive results such as achieving 35x returns on marketing investment and driving significant increases in web traffic and SEO conversions.
