Ram Kumar K is a Global Complaint Handling Specialist at Revvity since June 2023, focusing on complaint handling processes for medical devices in accordance with 21 CFR 803 regulation. Prior to this role, Ram Kumar worked at HCL Technologies as a Technical Lead Engineer from March 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included complaint handling processes involving MDD/MDR regulation and FDA 21 CFR 820.
