Rich Talbot has extensive work experience in customer support and technical support roles. Rich started their career at Turnkey Environmental Services, Inc. as a QA/Chemist from May 1992 to August 1993. Rich then moved on to Cambridgesoft, where they worked as a Manager, Technical Support from August 1994 to August 2004. Rich later joined Revvity Signals and currently holds the position of Head of Customer Support.
Rich Talbot earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Gettysburg College from 1988 to 1992. Rich then obtained a Master of Education degree in Education from Boston College from 1993 to 1994.
