Ibrahim Mesbah has a long history of experience in the software engineering field. Ibrahim began their career in 1998 as a Software Engineer IV at Inter-Tel, a Mitel Company. Ibrahim later became an Engineering Team Lead with the company, where they managed a group of 6 to 9 engineers and was the technical and project lead for the company's flagship product, the Inter-Tel 5000 PBX system. In 2006, they founded Encodium, LLC, which specializes in custom software development. In 2008, they joined PayPal as a Senior Manager, Software Development, where they managed the Financial Products engineering domain in the PayPal Payments & Credit organization. Finally, in 2013, they co-founded RevolutionParts, Inc., which helps automotive dealerships and dealer groups sell OE parts online using highly-specialized eCommerce solutions.
Ibrahim Mesbah attended Simba School from 1990 to 1994 and earned an International High School Diploma. Ibrahim then attended Texas Tech University from 1995 to 1997 but did not earn a degree. After that, they attended Arizona State University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering. Finally, they returned to Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Master of Computer Science.
