BJ Castro has been in the product management field since 2008. BJ started as a Sales Engineer at EAC Product Development Solutions in 2007, then moved to Xentris Wireless/USA Wireless Solutions as a Product Manager of Cell Phone Accessories in 2008. In 2011, they joined Cars.com as a Product Manager, and then moved to ADESA in 2015 as a Senior Product Manager. In 2017, they joined DRIVIN powered by KAR Global as a Senior Product Manager, and is currently a Senior Product Manager at RevolutionParts since 2022.

BJ Castro holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
