Pat Fenton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and business leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Revolution Mortgage since December 2019, Pat focuses on awarding top-performing mortgage loan originators with their own profit and loss branches while leading a team that provides additional recruiting, leadership, and sales training services. Prior to this role, Pat was the CEO of iMobile Innovations from May 2012 to February 2022, where the company specialized in mobile web solutions and digital marketing for small to mid-sized businesses. Additionally, Pat held the position of CEO at Spider Mobile Marketing from January 2010 to February 2022, delivering enterprise-level mobile media technologies to Fortune 1000 organizations. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from St. John Fisher University, earned between 1992 and 1995.
