Valentyna Fedorashko is an experienced Quality Control Team Lead at Revolut since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team of Quality Analysts, driving performance improvements, and ensuring alignment of quality objectives with operational goals. Prior to Revolut, Valentyna served as a Quality Team Lead at Majorel, overseeing a team of over 30 Quality Analysts and indirectly managing 500+ FTE while focusing on capacity planning and quality metrics. Valentyna's career began at Arvato as a Customer Service Representative and includes roles in professional customer service and management at various coffee establishments. Valentyna holds a Master's degree in International Tourism from Uniwersytet Andrzeja Frycza Modrzewskiego w Krakowie and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
