John S. started their work experience in 1989, serving in the US Army. John held various positions such as a Special Operations Medic, a SOF Medical Combat Developer, and a member of the 101st Pathfinder Detachment. In 2012, they joined RevMedx, Inc. as the VP and Director of Strategic Development. At RevMedx, they worked on developing innovative wound dressings to improve the treatment of traumatic hemorrhage, particularly for combat situations, under grants from the US Army.

John S. attended Andrew Jackson University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Medical Management.
