Khadeja Salley has over 20 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. Khadeja began their career in 1999 as a Marketing Manager at Clarins, where they were responsible for product training, workflow management, forecasting, and product lifecycle management. In 2004, they moved to Coty as a Senior Global Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for product development, launch plans, P&L, and licensing. In 2006, they joined DuWop Cosmetics as a Global Marketing Director, where they created and managed a departmental P&L and trained, supervised, and directed high-performance cross-functional teams. In 2008, they became a Principal Consultant at Bella Solutions, a full-service marketing consultancy. In 2009, they joined Naked Princess Worldwide as a Global Marketing Director, where they created a promotional launch plan for online distribution and worked directly with chemists to create products for all SKUs. In 2015, they moved to OPI Products, Inc. as a Sr. Global Marketing Manager, where they led the strategic vision for a $15M portfolio of products. In 2017, they joined Caboodles as a Sr. Director of Global Marketing, where they managed all creative, influencer, digital, PR, and social media teams. Currently, Khadeja Salley is the Digital Marketing & Media Director at Revision Skincare, where they oversee B2B and B2C ecommerce, social media platforms, as well as influencer and health care professional partnerships.
Khadeja Salley obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin. Khadeja then went on to earn their Masters from New York University. In 2019, they became a Member of the Forbes Communications Council.
