Andrew Stiles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development within the military and aviation sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Decision Safety since January 2023, Andrew also holds the position of Business Development for Revision Military since March 2021. Previously, Andrew was involved in business development at Wild Things Gear from March 2021 to December 2021, focusing on US Navy and US Air Force product certification. Prior roles include operations management at Navy Region Northwest and air operations coordination aboard USS Nimitz, where responsibilities included flight operations planning. Andrew's earlier experience encompasses managing operations and safety for ACCLOGWING, overseeing activities for 13 subordinate units and 1,500 personnel. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Occupational Safety Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
