Jane Clemetson FRSA is a highly experienced media, commercial, IP, and data protection lawyer with extensive expertise in advising various media and creative businesses, including FTSE and US-listed companies, not-for-profits, and start-ups. As the Founder and Director of Jane Clemetson Limited, Jane advises on legal and business affairs related to intellectual property and commercial contracts, providing clearance and compliance advice for film, TV, and news content. Jane's previous roles include serving as a Business Affairs Lawyer at Reviewed & Cleared and as Commercial Legal Director at Reach plc, where Jane established the Commercial Legal Department and improved legal service coordination. Jane began their career as a Partner in the Music Department at The Simkins Partnership, after earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
