Dr. Akira Date is a pharmaceutical executive and advisor with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Akira is currently a member of the advisory board at Revieve, a digital skincare company. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and Scientific Medical Director at Pierre Fabre Group (Japan), where they oversaw the company's research and development efforts.

Date has also held positions at CiD B-Tech Corporation, CID, Japan Evidence Based Cosmetic Association, and Japan-China Cosmetic Technology Exchange Association. In addition to their work in the private sector, they have also been a lecturer at Keio university, Iwate University (Graduate School of Engineering) and Kyoto University. Akira is also an adjunct professor at Hyogo University of Health Sciences.

Date's extensive experience in both the academic and private sectors makes him uniquely qualified to advise on Revieve's digital skincare offerings.

After Akira Date received their B. Pharm from Osaka Medical and Pharmaceutical University in the field of Pharmacutical Science, they attended Kyoto University for their Master's Degree in the Graduate School of Medical Science.
