Shaifali Jha is a Marketing Executive at RevFin since February 2022, following a graduate trainee role that highlighted a strong alignment with marketing and strategy. Initially starting as an HR Graduate Trainee, Shaifali supported the CEO and gained cross-functional experience in various departments, undertaking responsibilities such as organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining HR databases. Prior experience includes an internship at DPB management consulting firm, where Shaifali was involved in recruitment, induction, and team coordination. Shaifali holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University School of Management Studies, GGSIPU, completed in 2022.
