Caitlin Lennon has a strong background in customer success and program management. Starting in 2014 with Veracode, they held various roles such as Associate Program Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Team Lead. Caitlin then moved on to CircleCI in 2020 as Manager of Customer Success, focusing on enterprise accounts. After that, they joined Cybereason in 2021 as a Senior Manager of Customer Success and was later promoted to Director of Customer Success. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success at ReversingLabs, which they started in 2023.
Caitlin Lennon completed a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies at Brandeis University from 2003 to 2007. Caitlin then pursued a Master of Science degree in National Security at the University of New Haven from 2008 to 2010.
