Gioia Busi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Delivery Manager - International at Reverse since June 2021, having previously held roles such as Senior HR Project Manager, HR Project Manager, and Talent Finder within the company. Prior to this, Gioia gained experience as an Event Manager Trainee with Associazione Culturale Plana and as a Translations Project Manager Trainee at Global Voices Ltd. Additionally, an Operations & Reception Trainee position at Stadt Konstanz contributed to a diverse skill set. Gioia Busi holds a Master's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from IULM University and a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural and Linguistic Mediation from the University of Bologna.
