Ma. Krissel Sibayan has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. They started their career at Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer in April 2015 and transitioned to the role of Software Engineer in December 2016. After four years at Accenture, they joined Wunderman Thompson in April 2020 as a Data Analyst. They served in this role until December 2022. Currently, Ma. Krissel Sibayan is employed as a Database Analyst at Revenue Management Solutions, starting from January 2023.

Ma. Krissel Sibayan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2010 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft in July 2021 and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in March 2022.
