Juliana Fisher has a long and successful career in sales, customer experience, and recruitment. Juliana began their career in 2008 as a Supplier Enablement Account Manager for American Express. During their time there, they were awarded Sales Person of the Month 7 times, 4 of which were within a twelve month period. In 2010, they moved to Veeam Software as an Enterprise Account Manager, and then was promoted to Channel Manager. In 2012, they joined Satmetrix Systems as an Account Executive. In 2014, they became a Sales Manager for Emerging Markets at MaritzCX, which merged with Allegiance Software, Inc. that same year. In 2015, they were the North American Sales Director for eKomi - The Feedback Company. In 2016, they became a Senior Customer Advocate at CMO Software, which was acquired by Mitratech that same year. In 2017, they joined Fiserv as a Senior Account Executive. In 2021, they became a Recruitment Account Director at JBF Services, LLC and in 2022, they joined Revenue Grid as a Senior Sales Executive.

Juliana Fisher has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Georgia State University. Juliana also holds several certifications, including VOC Professional from Allegiance (obtained in November 2014), Net Promoter Certified Associate (NPS) from Satmetrix (obtained in January 2013), VSP, VMware Sales Professional, VSphere 5.x from VMware (obtained in January 2012), Veeam Sales Professional from Veeam Software (obtained in January 2011), and VSP, VMware Sales Professional, VSphere 4.x from VMware (obtained in October 2010).
