Dan Cushman has extensive experience in legal and advisory roles, currently serving as Outside Counsel for Havas Edge and Revenue Frontier, and as Director at ABI Group Limited since April 2014, where responsibilities include business management and strategic planning. Since 2008, Dan Cushman has operated Cushman Consulting, providing legal services and advisory support to business clients. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer and Counsel at Havas Edge, Vice President and General Counsel at Maximum Coverage Media, and a consultant for Rouse in Beijing, focusing on intellectual property rights. Dan Cushman also taught US legal concepts at Beijing University School of Law.
