Mani Rathinam has extensive experience in technical support and product support roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Manager Technical Support at Revenera since January 2020, Mani leads support for Flexnet Operations, Flexnet Publisher, and Flexnet Embedded products. Prior to this role, Mani was with Ness Digital Engineering from May 2011 to December 2019, where responsibilities included leading product support for IBM's Netcool products and providing Level 2 support for IBM Tivoli Network Manager. Mani's career began at Ness Technologies, working as a Software Engineer from November 2009 to April 2011, also focusing on IBM Tivoli Network Manager support.
