Vandana Karthikeya is an experienced IT executive currently serving as Vice President IT- Healthcare Operations and Tech Integrations at Reveleer since June 2024. Previously, Vandana held the position of Sr Director IT for Care Delivery at Elevance Health from September 2022 to April 2024, overseeing technology integration and operations. At Kaiser Permanente, Vandana progressed through roles including Director of IT Integration and Manager of Membership Applications, focusing on transforming IT delivery and managing key membership applications. Earlier in the career, Vandana worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Sr. Delivery Manager and American Express in various service delivery roles. Vandana holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and attended the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2021 for further education.
