Brooke Boys has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Brooke began their career as an Admin at Woodmizer in 2012. Brooke then worked as a Marketing Intern at Elbo Room and Allied Integrated Marketing in 2013, followed by a role as a Hostess at Maggiano's Little Italy from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they served as a Marketing Intern at Assurance and later became a Marketing Coordinator at Car-X Tire & Auto.

From 2015 to 2018, Brooke worked at Kantar Media, starting as a Customer Success Coordinator and then progressing to the roles of Customer Success Representative and Customer Success Manager. At Sigstr, they continued their career in Customer Success, first as a Customer Success Manager from 2018 to 2019, and then as a Sr. Client Strategy Manager from 2019 to 2022. Brooke demonstrated expertise in building client relationships, driving adoption, managing renewals, and identifying growth opportunities.

In 2020, Brooke joined Terminus as a Sr. Client Strategy Manager, responsible for leading the Customer Success team. Brooke transitioned to the role of Customer Success Team Lead in 2022, and their tenure at Terminus will end in March 2023.

Brooke's latest endeavor is at Reveal, where they currently hold the position of Customer Success Manager since March 2023.

Brooke Boys attended Hamilton Southeastern High School from 2006 to 2010, during which they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following their high school education, they then went on to attend Columbia College Chicago from 2010 to 2014. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Communication.
