Jonathan Dickens

Jonathan (Jon) Dickens, MD is the Chief of the Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and Shoulder Service at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) in Bethesda, Maryland. He is Vice Chair of the Department of Surgery and Associate Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University and is an Adjunct Faculty at the John A. Feagin Jr. Sports Medicine Fellowship at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York. He is also the Director of Orthopaedic Research at WRNMMC and Orthopaedic Consultant to the White House. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Dickens is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army with experience and interests treating both combat-related orthopaedic injuries and sports injuries. Dr. Dickens provides formative user feedback on how TETRANITE can be applied to soft tissue applications for both the civilian and warfighter populations.
