Shari Baum is a Technical Advisor at REVAI. Prior to that, they were a Post-Graduate Student at McGill University, a Graduate Student at the University of Waterloo, and a Research Assistant at The University of Winnipeg. Baum has also worked as an Instructor and Guard for the City of Winnipeg.

Shari Baum has a PhD in Communication Sciences and Disorders from McGill University, a MASc in Psychology (Developmental and Communication Science) from the University of Waterloo, an MA in French Studies from the University of Waterloo, and is an International Exchange Student in Sciences du langage from Université de Tours. Shari also has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in French Language & Linguistics from The University of Winnipeg. Shari is certified by Ten Thousand Coffees as a Ten Thousand Coffees Member, by the Canadian Red Cross in Standard First Aid, CPR and AED, and by the Government of Canada in Certification for Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Human Participants (TCPS2: Core).
