Tom Toulouse has a diverse work experience. Tom is currently working as a Lead Developer specializing in Computer Vision at Reuniwatt since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant Engineer in ADAS systems for Continental at Expleo Group from January 2022 to May 2022. Before that, they were an Industrial Vision Engineer at Vi TECHNOLOGY from March 2018 to December 2021. Tom also held the position of Temporary Teaching and Research Assistant at Università di Corsica Pasquale Paoli from September 2016 to September 2017, where they taught informatics lessons and conducted research on computer vision for fire detection. Tom also worked as a Ph.D. student at Université de Corse Pasquale Paoli and Université Laval from October 2012 to December 2015. In addition, they gained experience as a Scientific Animator at Cap Sciences from February 2011 to December 2011.

Tom Toulouse completed their education chronologically as follows:

- From 2007 to 2010, they attended Université de Bordeaux and obtained a Licentiate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.

- From 2010 to 2012, they continued their studies at Université de Bordeaux, where they earned a Master's degree in signal and image processing, Mathematics and Computer Science.

- Finally, Tom pursued their Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at Université Laval from 2012 to 2015, specializing in the field of Vision Science/Physiological Optics.
