Sarah Mehlman has been working in the service industry since 2013, starting as a Server at The Original Flying Burrito. Sarah then moved to Sushi Blues in 2015, also as a Server. In 2016, they joined Reunion Marketing, where they first worked as a Social Media Specialist, and then was promoted to Senior Social Media Specialist.

Sarah Mehlman earned a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal, Organizational, and Rhetorical Communication from North Carolina State University between 2013 and 2017.
