Ben Primus is an experienced professional in IT and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Services at ReturnToWorkSA since August 2007, Ben oversees teams focused on Cyber Security, Business Intelligence, Records Management, and Customer Services. Previously, in the role of IT System Administrator at RTWSA from June 2015 to November 2020, Ben led a group of system and database administrators, along with a data analyst, to ensure the maintenance and delivery of corporate systems. Additionally, Ben managed key vendor relationships for network, telephony, storage, and virtual systems. Earlier in career, Ben worked as a System Administrator at Kraton Polymers from April 2002 to November 2005. Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from Deakin University, earned between 1995 and 1997.
