Ryan Harris began their professional career in 2000 as an xDSL Provisioning Tech for Jump.net. In 2001, they moved to Allegiance Telecom in the same role. In 2002, they joined Retro Studios as the Director of Planning, followed by the Director of Production, Production Manager, Assistant Producer and Production Assistant. In 2009, they joined Nintendo as a Communication Coordinator.

Ryan Harris attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1996 to 1998. Ryan then attended Austin Community College.
