Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology at San Francisco State University. After graduating from SFSU, he joined the UCSF Division of Experimental Medicine, where he worked on developing novel in situ hybridization techniques and applying them to study HIV and tuberculosis. It was at UCSF that his passion for immunology and technology began. Brandon now joins Retro’s partial reprogramming program, to develop therapies to counter the age-associated functional decline in the immune system.
