Tashina Schimming-Dale is a seasoned professional in operations and management with extensive experience in the behavioral health and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Practice Manager at Retreat Behavioral Health since July 2023, Tashina previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager and Recruiter at SmartHire, where responsibilities included managing a vast East Coast territory and fulfilling client hiring needs. Tashina's experience also includes serving as Office Manager at Pinnacle Counseling Institute, where a commitment to providing exceptional mental health services was paramount, and at IBCC/Micah Ministry, where Tashina facilitated operational efficiency in support of urban outreach initiatives.
