Charles Verrey is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Manager at Retool since May 2022. Prior to this role, Charles spent five years at Stripe, where positions included IT Service Desk Manager, IT Operations Manager, and IT Operations Team Lead. Notable achievements include establishing a world-class IT support organization and leading Help Desk operations. Charles began a career in IT support at Facebook through various roles, including Help Desk Support Technician and Help Desk Support Lead. Earlier experience includes working at Apple as a Genius and Family Room Specialist, where skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service were honed. Charles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco and an Associate Degree in Management Information Systems from De Anza College.
